Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 975ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 975ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 975ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 975ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 975ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify 975ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
975ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. 975ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All transactions on the 975ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
975ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at 975ph's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your 975ph account upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform. 975ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. 975ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to KYC status and payment provider processing times. 975ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 975ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with 975ph's customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 975ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
